Project “Stage 1 of Yacht Port Infrastructure Construction” is implemented within the framework of the project “Improvement of the Sailing Infrastructure and Yacht Harbours Network Building in Estonia and Latvia” within the Interreg Estonia-Latvia Cross-Border Cooperation Program (EST-LAT 55).

The project includes construction of a yacht centre building, which will house an office, visitors' showers, toilets and laundry room, reconstruction of existing berth Nos. 80 and 81 as well as the purchase and installation of equipment and new floating berths (pontoons). It is also planned to install fences for the entrance to the floating berths and to install a video surveillance system, thereby improving the general level of security in the marina, and free Wi-Fi throughout the marina.
