The following works are performed, during the project:

During rebuilding works of the music school building, it is planned to deal with utilities and optimize the functional planning of premises, thereby creating attractive environment for learning music. To ensure that the school doesn’t have to operate in two buildings anymore as it was before, a new annex harmonized with the historic building will be constructed in the courtyard side of the existing building. By improving the school territory that surrounds the building, it is planned to create a square for public activities, for example, open air concerts or musical staging.
