Modern technologies will be used in the building construction. The lighting with intelligent control provided by the OCB will ensure that the illumination level changes the subject to both the natural supply of lighting and the presence of people. The recuperation venting system will automatically monitor the indoor air parameters and will change its performance when the indoor air quality changes, with the corresponding reinforcement of the indoor air exchange, if necessary.
The building will have built-in unique heating system – a sewerage wastewater recovery system, which will be connected to the municipal main sewerage networks. The equipment is designed to recover wastewater heat by further diverting it to the heating of building and hot water.
There are plans to install solar batteries for electricity generation as well as spatial development works.
The new building is supposed to contain not only library, but it will also include a conference hall and the Civil Registry department of Ogre, in which the marriage room is designed to have a glass altar overlooking the pine forest.
