he construction of a new manufacturing building and related infrastructure, territory improvement and installation/increasing of capacity of industrial connections (electricity). 
The construction works of the manufacturing building are implemented by the general partnership “RERE BŪVE 1”, the construction supervision is carried out by the general partnership “Akorda&KPR”, and the author's supervision is performed by the developer of the construction design LLC “Arhitektu birojs Krasts”.
The project is implemented within the programme “Growth and Employment”, specific support objective 5.6.2 “Revitalisation of area through the regeneration of degraded areas according to the integrated development programmes of local governments”. The co-financing of ERDF for the project activity constitutes EUR 2,493,905.22, and the amount of the state budget grant is EUR 132,030.27.
