The reconstructed stages of Skolas Street and Upes Street are situated in the quarter among Zaļā Street, Krasta Street and Viestura Street. These stages ensure access to the existing cultural and educational institutions, and private houses. The proportion of institutions is more pronounced in this area – there is located a primary school, three pre-school educational institutions and Dobele Music School, where the construction works are currently implemented. Therefore, the reconstructed stage of Skolas Stree will be a significant contribution to the city infrastructure, as it will lead to the reconstructed music school and the new building of concert hall. An unbuilt area – park – is situated in the area of Skolas Street and Upes Street.
