The following construction works are to be performed:

• replacement of tiles and ceilings in public corridors; restoration of wall painting,
• dismantling of stairs and walkway,
• escalator construction,
• construction of engineering networks,
• preparation of rental premises for the construction of new stores,
• reconstruction of mezzanine floors.
