Construction works at the site are divided into two rounds:
1st round: Jurmala Central Library. In this round, the reconstruction and extension of the existing two-floor building will be implemented – the existing one-floor extensions will be replaced with a two-floor glass part of the building, adapting it to the needs of the Central Library.

2nd round: Jurmala Music Secondary School. In this round, a modern new building of music school will be constructed.
